The russian scientist pinkilsteen who is the director of russian academy of of science flight astronomy institute said this news to the press...and he added that he s undergoing some projects about aliens....and he assure that by the year 2031 d projects gets over n soon v r gonna have aliens as our neighbours....

May be, some of reserach has been proved that v r having water in other planets then why not humanbeings.....
Aliens may look like us or there is a chances of they are in blue skinned humans as v saw them in avatar film...
